Returns Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied within 14 days of date of purchase, you may return goods for trade-in or refund.

Returned articles must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must not have been used. They must include all accessories, packaging, user manuals, etc.

Your full address, phone number and signature will de required.

We reserve the right to ask for identification in order to confirm the information you supply.

Non-returnable items:

  • opened software packages
  • opened media (CDs, DVDs, memory cards or sticks, etc.)
  • ink cartridges
  • photographic film or chemicals
  • photographic paper
  • discontinued or clearance goods
  • gift cards or certificates
  • items ordered specifically for one client and not held in regular inventory by Photo CDM
  • bulbs and lamps
  • perishable items

In case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace your article with an identical product.

To return merchandise:

You may return merchandise in store or by mail. In both cases, the return must be made to the store where the purchase was made.

If returning merchandise by mail, delivery and return costs are not refundable unless you are returning a product following a shipping error on our part, or a product defect within 7 days of sale.

Photo CDM is not responsible for loss or damage incurred while shipping returns. We highly recommend you purchase insurance from your preferred carrier.

Please note that all returns will be inspected. Photo CDM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

When accepted, returns will be credited using the same payment node as the original purchase. Please allow between 7 to 10 workdays for the credit to appear in your account.

Changes to this policy

Photo CDM reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time. The present policy has been revised as of May 6, 2015.
